JW Management & Sales Inc. is owned and operated by the Stelmok family, with over 70 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry. Based in Central Massachusetts, we specialize in everything from installation and construction to management and sales of manufactured homes. Our experienced team takes pride in delivering professional, reliable, and personalized service for every homeowner and community we support. Whether overseeing daily operations, upgrading existing homes, or guiding buyers through their next purchase, our mission is simple: to provide quality affordable housing solutions that build strong communities and lasting trust.

The Stelmok family began in the Manufactured Housing business in 1949 when Bill Sr. & Martha started their first community in Worcester, MA, which is still owned and operated by the family today.

The business was run & expanded by brothers John & Bill for many years as they continue to today with John’s son Justin, the 3rd generation of the family team. Both John & Justin are active members of the Massachusetts Manufactured Housing Association where Justin currently sits on the board of directors. Over the years, they have expanded the business from the original community to today's five communities.
